Mississippi Water Damage Guide is owned and operated by Dixon Development, LLC and is an independent advertising and information directory. We do not provide restoration, construction, environmental testing, insurance or emergency services and are not a party to agreements between visitors and listed companies.

Provider submissions
By submitting a listing, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and images, that they are accurate, and that our publication will not violate another party’s rights. We may edit for formatting, request verification, reject or remove a listing, and correct obvious errors.
Paid placements
Featured and Sponsored placements are advertisements. Fees purchase placement for the stated period; they do not guarantee calls, leads, projects, rankings or revenue. Recurring plans continue until canceled under the checkout terms. Published placement may begin only after review and approval.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and directory are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for provider work, user decisions, third-party websites, outages, losses or disputes.
